Donation Cancellation
By making a payment online, we rely on patrons who have erroneously made transfers to give us fair notice of cancellation of 24 hours. No refunds are allowed when a contribution is made through Faith Covenant Ministries online giving process. However, if a repeat transfer has been made erroneously, a refund will be done within 24 to 72 hours.
Refund Period
Refunds are returned to the payment method on your original transfer and typically take 24 to 72 hours. We are available to help you with any issue that may come up.
Obligations
In regard to donations designated towards a specific event or fund, the donor should understand that his or her recommendation is advisory only and that the church retains full control over the donated funds, including the authority to accept or reject the donor's recommendations.
